EP Elephants Squad for Saturday’s Clash

By

The EP Elephants are gearing up for a pivotal SA Cup fixture as they host the Pumas this Saturday, March 15, 2025, at NMB Stadium.

Kick-off is set for 15:00, and Coach Allister Coetzee has unveiled an unchanged squad eager to build on their performance after last week’s 41-30 loss to Valke.

Following a promising outing marred by second-half discipline issues, Coetzee has challenged his side to seize this chance at home.

“We showed our potential against Valke, and now we’ve got the opportunity to put it all together in front of our fans,” he said. “The Pumas are an extremely tough outfit, but we’re ready to fight for this one.”

He added that playing in front of their home crowd is a source of immense pride for the Elephants and that they are determined to earn respect by ensuring they stay in the fight for the full 80 minutes.

“This is an important game for us,” he said. “We’ve addressed our discipline, and we’re focused on showing what this team is made of.”
