Health MEC Sicelo Gqobana is to officiate at a sod turning ceremony for the construction of six new hospitals in the Eastern Cape. Five of these will be in the rural areas and one will involve the relocation of the state psychiatric facility-the Elizabeth Donkin in Port Elizabeth to Dora Nginza Hospital in Zwide.
