Pam van Neel from the Ward 1 Councillor’s Office reports; “We have become aware of an electricity failure that has occurred in the Mount Pleasant, Providentia and Lovemore Heights because of a power outage in the Lorraine area. We apologise for the inconvenience. The Electricity Department are aware and are attending to the matter.”
