Dynamic Print Worx

24 July 2020 By Port Elizabethan

On the occasion of the Eastern Cape’s first ever Virtual Exhibition presented by Inkanyezi we asked exhibitors their opinions on the event and on business in general with specific reference to the Lockdown.

Carol Stopforth from Dynamic Print Worx exhibiting in Hall 3 Stand 195 shared these thoughts with MyPE:

What has been your experience of this Virtual Event? Had very few visitors to our stand, but I found that if you approached other stands you did get a response,

What has been your experience of this Virtual Event? Too soon to tell

Other than your own stand, which exhibitor here is a ‘MUST VISIT’? iBhayi Small Business Chamber

Your message to the organisers, Inkanyezi? A really great event which took a huge amount of organising and back-end work. I can only imagine the stress levels!! But well done, the event has gone off really well – the only drawback being that many stands are “unmanned”.  All in all a big pat on the back to the organisers for a very successful event.

Please share successful actions you have taken for your business during Lockdown?
Attended Zoom networking events,
I have contacted customers individually,
sent out marketing mailers
Done a training course on LinkedIn marketing

Any suggestions on how to survive and thrive during and post Lockdown?
Stay relevant and top of mind
Make personal contact with customers – ask them how they are doing
Be patient and kind, everyone is suffering and businesses are not what they used to be
