While everyone was on holiday during the festive season, last year, Access Management – NMB Stadium operators – started working on growing the DESSO GrassMaster® hybrid grass pitch, which according to the DESSO website is favoured among top players around the world.
Fans can see this pitch for themselves at the double-header games at the stadium which will be taking place tomorrow (Friday, March 13) when Chippa United takes on Amazulu at 8pm and Saturday’s (March 14) match when EP Kings face Golden Lions XV at 5pm. The Curtain Raiser to the Kings match is the Cell C Community Cup clash between Don’s Pawn Shop PE Police and Durbanville-Bellville at 14h30.
