Day 10 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who has graduated to punishing the floor now…

The original intention was to do the push ups at the top of this dune BUT these three football playing guys were exercising when I got there and were quite happy for me to join in.

I challenge Gavin Gilmer to do 25 push ups for 25 days – they will help give him the strength to push all the America’s Cup Spectators out of the way when that event is held in his backyard..

The rules are simple:

Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, such as PTSD – you are not alone and we are here for you.
