Acting Municipal Manager, Johann Mettler advised today that the Council meeting of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality scheduled for Monday, 15 August 2016, has been rescheduled to Thursday, 18 August 2016, at 10h00, because a number of Councillors have either not received their Council agendas at all, or received them late.
All other particulars, such as the venue of the meeting – the Auditorium of the Feather Market Centre in Baakens Street – remain the same.
Members of the public who wish to attend this meeting must please note that seating is limited and will be accommodated on a “first come, first serve” basis. Prospective attendees are therefore cordially requested to ensure that they are seated well in time in order to avoid disappointment.
Any inconvenience caused by this postponement is sincerely regretted.
