Watch as a business in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth has three CCTV Cameras stolen from the perimeter in the early hours of Sunday Morning.
In the first scene we see a miscreant carrying a car guard vest making his way to the camera pointing to Mangold Street. Subsequent scenes show how the two manhandle the cameras off of their mountings.
