Day 3 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who is practising being Chuck Norris by pushing walls around….

The number of people walking along the beach this morning was just incredible and an ideal spot to do some push ups.

A SLIGHT technical challenge meant that only the last 6 of my push ups were recorded so I had to do another 25 straight afterwards….

I challenge Anthony Opperman – ace Port Elizabeth skipper (on boats that chew fossil fuel but we won’t hold that against him – at least not in public!) to do 25 push ups a day for 25 days.
