Complete this sentence; “Port Elizabeth would be better with …………”: without people littering , drinking , a high standard of honesty .. moral integrity within local municipality , a huge consistent .. continuous .. continual drive to pick up .. remove all unwanted dirt along our roads.. grass on municipal areas top be cut regularly, traffic officials patrolling our roads in the northern areas , police and army taking radical action against drugs, gangs .The beach office / municipality to have more fun activities at the beach during December — parasailing , water snake or biscuit , Hobie cat rides.
