By

Zinzi May is a Graphic Designer/Art Director who was born in Gqeberha but raised in East London. She studied Graphic design at the Nelson Mandela University and graduated with a Degree. She worked for a Graphic Design company and has recently decided to start her own business, which she is running from a small office next to the Donkin Reserve in Central, Gqeberha. She shares the office space with another company and feels that she gains inspiration from the people who work alongside her in her environment. She hopes to uplift local brands and perhaps make them international brands one day. Her motivation for this comes from her grandfather who owned a small local butchery that has grown and has become well known among the locals.

Vimeo is a video sharing platform that was launched in 2004 by a group of filmmakers. Since then, the platform has grown exponentially with most users being creators and artists in film, animation, music and other works of art who use Vimeo as a way to share and promote their work. Because Vimeo is regarded as more of a professional network of artists, the community is much more appreciative of the content that gets shared there, resulting in kinder and more useful discussions compared to YouTube.
