Our foods contain natural ingredients which contain Xylitol (only from Birch sources), nuts, seeds, Non-Alkalised cocoa, free range eggs and extra virgin oils. Where possible grass fed, free range, ethical and organic products are used. Our current product range includes nutty granola, cauliflower pizza, wraps, nut/seed rusks, seed crackers and seed toasts and chocolate fat bombs.
