Armed Forces Week Saddens

So much hype is doing the rounds about the Military Capability exercise currently under-way in PE. Just makes me reflect on what a sad state of affairs our entire planet is in, that this type of thing is even necessary. I guess people like me also belong on our own planet because I just cannot help but feel sad, as opposed to excited, about weapons being shot and lighting up the night sky, when those same weapons maim, kill, destroy, incite hatred and catapult human beings into absolute misery, all in the name of power.
