SCOTY aims to actively contribute to stimulating, embracing and absorbing the life-experience of our Senior Citizens where both young and old will benefit from such experience which can only be obtained from individuals who have walked the Long Walk of life, recognizing the elderly’s active contribution towards making a difference in their community and not being limited by their advanced age.
The finalists were chosen from nominees 70 years or older and still be active in their respective communities. These senior citizens have made a difference in the lives of others and who gone above and beyond in all spheres in their communities.
Honouring our senior citizens who will be turning 100 or more is a milestone that the organizers also feel deserves recognition.
