Xtreme styrene was established in 2006 as a polystyrene cornice manufacturer and over the past few years has grown into a market leader in the custom polystyrene profiling market. Starting out in the building industry the business soon recognized the potential of polystyrene as a core product and soon spread its wings into the packaging, 3d signage and prop markets as well. Today Xtreme Styrene continues to innovate with its core product constantly finding new cost effective applications in a variety of different markets. Our in house design and development team is complimented by our CAD systems, CNC hotwire cutters and specialized hard coating systems as well as our experienced hand finishers and production team.

Our Factory custom cuts both internal and external architectural mouldings. Internally we have a standard range of 16 cornice profiles as well as a 100’s of custom designed and matched profiles. Our polystyrene Cornice is cut from the best quality high density XPS foam ensuring the best quality product.
