Description
Westhaus provides Architectural Services as identified by SACAP. We also engage with developers on Urban Design and Spatial Planning. The Architectural service is dived into work stages as illustrated below offering a Partial Service (Workstage 1-4.1 Municipal Submission) and a Full Service (Workstage 1-6) option.
Westhaus is a design collective that strives to enable sustainable life through the Art of Architecture and Design. Although we have an utopian vision we ensure that each project is a unique expression of its users, climate, and context.
Fundamental to all our work is a commitment to environmental and social sustainability. Nature often inspires our designs blurring the line between inside and outside space whilst creating warm and sheltered courtyard environments.
Because of that, Westhaus’ design solutions involve extensive collaboration with other designers, architects, users and contractors to uniquely integrate architecture, urban design and product design
