The developers of the R300-million, 45-apartment Jutland Point block are a ‘Perth – Gqeberha’ partnership between Eastern Cape born Len Whittal and Perth property developer Ian MacDonald. All apartments on Jutland Crescent have views over the harbour, city and up the Baakens Valley. Priced at between R4-million and R20-million for a penthouse, the apartments are among the most luxurious to be built in Gqeberha, and are seen as a vote of confidence in the future of the metro and the Eastern Cape.
