•    Invoice and collect all monthly rentals including the recovery of sundry charges; •    Follow up arrear payments due by tenants and enforce lease terms for the recovery thereof; •    Facilities management, i.e. security, cleaning, gardening, hygiene, plumbing and electrical; •    Instruct all minor repairs to the building which fall within the approved annual budget; •    Full accounting and administrative services; •    Provide the following monthly reports: o    Letting report; o    Lease expiry report; o    Outstanding renewals; o    Leases and renewals processed during the month.
