McWilliams and Elliott Properties was formed in an endeavour to provide a professional, efficient, innovative and cost effective organisation. This has been achieved by creating a service based estate agency associated with Gqeberha’s oldest legal practice which is not too old to lead the way into the future supported by a well trained and efficient management and support staff with access to legal assistance and support 24 hours per day. McWilliams and Elliott Properties consists of two branches. One in the City Centre and the other on the Beachfront which caters for all Sellers and Buyers in this area. The Agency is run by Ken Ralph, Principal of McWilliams & Elliott Properties, who is also the Chairman for the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (South Eastern Cape Region)
