She has over 20 years\u2019 experience in various African markets and across various industries, including the <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   style=\"color:#1e73be;\" href=\"https:\/\/straton.co.za\">telecommunications<\/a>, manufacturing and investment sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Cuba is a chartered accountant by profession. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Statistics from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Natal, and a Masters in Commerce degree from the University of Pretoria.<\/p>\n<p>Cuba joins another non-executive director, Marubini Raphulu, on the Board.
