The purpose of this little exercise is to get some feedback from the people that really matter – the ratepayers and voters of Nelson Mandela Bay and hopefully the admin staff, the people that are paid to show up and deliver every day.
So, when answering please consider a few points: Choose the Mayor that best represents the city values, that made you feel comfortable, that in your opinion would make you want to come to work every day, that appeared to make municipal employees feel part of a team, that made you confident that there would be no corruption, that there were no favours, that people were recognised and placed on merit, that didn’t make you feel that municipal employees had better vote for him/her or lose their jobs.
