Dear Mr Taxi Driver – as the holder of a PDP you should know better than this. Just a friendly reminder that passing your PDP does not allow you to immediately show your bad manners and low mental capabilities to all and sundry, you may not weave in and out of traffic like a drunken anaconda and you may certainly not park in a disabled parking WITHOUT a sticker.
