Now that is a lament that we hear all too often. BUT, we feed that myth by salaciously repeating every bit of shock, gasp, horror news that we hear, read or see.
We may just do that because we are surrounded by people competing to deliver the most shocking news that they can in order to boost sales or to pursue some or other hidden agenda.
With your help MyPE will attempt to correct this sad state of affairs in our growing and friendly neck of the woods. We are looking for achievements, movers and shakers in the business, community, sporting and government spheres and we are making it easy for you to tell us about them. We will do the heavy lifting to promote these people via MyPE and our network of associated publications and social media accounts.
All you have to do is CLICK HERE and submit your mover and shaker, your company achievement, your community builder success, a story about great service, praise for a neighbour, announcement of a new appointee to your business, a recent promotion of one of your staff, grateful thanks, a smile for the day.
Each submission can link back to your web site or your listing on the MyPE Directory, thereby creating an easy way for people to contact you back. People are naturally drawn to success stories, let’s get them out there and make Port Elizabeth great.
If you want to do a really good job of submitting your news you could also ask one of Port Elizabeth’s friendly Public Relations practitioners for help.
Don’t forget to CLICK HERE to tell us your good news.
