Dear Ratepayers, Business and Civil Society, The initial compensation agreement between the NMBM and the taxi industry included 60 Directly Affected Taxi Operators. These directly affected taxi operators agreed to hand in their vehicles and operating licenses to the NMBM for an amount of R6 500 per month each as compensation during the implementation of the pilot phase of the IPTS project.
