Apart from his successin the realm of stocks and shares, he can claim as much inthose pursuits which have been his hobbies. He was oneof the pioneers of motoring, and was the first to undertakean extended motor tour of Europe. In earlier days he wonthree cycling championships, and holds the worlds recordfor one mile on the tricycle. He initiated the first LondonStock Exchange walk to Brighton in 1902. His presenthobbies arc motoring and golfing. It is a tribute to Mr.Bramsons popularity that he is the most caricaturedpersonality on the Stock Exchange.
