Goodyear is pleased to welcome Julia Modise-Simelane to the position of Group Human Resources Director. Julia holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, United States. She is presently completing a postgraduate diploma in leadership through Stellenbosch University. She has on-the-floor experience with South African trade unions, and knowledge of the labour laws in a number of African countries. She played a key role in Cummin’s business growth strategy in Africa, successfully implemented a continent-wide HIV/AIDS strategy, and supported Cummins South Africa’s BBBEE programme.
