I have spent a little bit of time on the Group Sex for Amoebas site recently.
Ja, ja, ja – insert smarmy ‘I told you so’ comments in the appropriate place below – and use your imagination as you insult me time and time again! Remember though the wheel turns and I have the memory of an elephant.
Anyway I tried to snag a very easy to remember Vanity URL for MyPE but the damn Facebook does not allow four characters and asks for 5 or more so I had to settle for http://www.facebook.com/MyPEco as the vanity URL for the MyPE Facebook Page.
In addition young Nick Klichowicz has been granted the dubious privilege of being an admin on the MyPE page.
Other small changes have been to direct the RSS feed from MyPE News, Directory and Classifieds to the MyPE Wall for republishing and, in a small branding exercise, I uploaded a bunch of Rugby images from the Southern Kings vs Contipartners Premier XV game this past Saturday 4 June which was won 27 – 17 by the Premier XV.
The idea is to upload some quality MyPE branded images to the Vleisboek Page so that those who wish to share may do so – please try not to remove the text watermark and pass them off as your own as I have seen the The New Age and East Cape Today newspapers both do recently – I am watching you Comrades and will collect soon.
Oh and I changed the MyPE Vleisboek Logo and Avatar as well – fly over there quickly and Shmaak the MyPE Bladsy by clicking on the LIKE button or, exercise your middle finger by scrolling down and klapping the Facebook LIKE button one time here and one time on every other article you see on MyPE.
By the way I have just taken a call from a long time reader of MyPE who was having problems saving the MyPE articles that he likes to his local hard drive, Now Mike has spoken to me before about this and of course I had to help him out.
What Mike does is save articles on MyPE that interest him to his flash or hard drive so that he can return to them later for a thorough read or take them along to his mates. Now isn’t that just brilliant? Mike certainly has made me feel quite humble that he would go to so much trouble to study what is written here.
No talk about from Facebook or Twitter from him – Mike knows what he wants and puts effort into his passion for Port Elizabeth – thanks Mike you make me proud to call you a fellow Port Elizabethan!
