In an information age, we are increasingly making technology work for us. There is such a demand for tailor made products and solutions for specific businesses, that Port Elizabeth based SAP consulting firm, Dataflo, has expanded to create an in-house application development division.
“The division is responsible for the development of generic business products/solutions, as well as bespoke applications for specific clients.” Explains Dataflo COO Rogan Moore. “Pushing our solution boundaries in mobile integration, and industry specific application development, the team will create applications that enrich business with capabilities beyond their SAP/ERP environment.”
One of the first products to come out of the team under the management of Natasha van den Berg is EzFlo. Natasha explains the product as “a middleware product for the integration of business systems or applications.”
In short, EzFlo allows the communication of business data between applications.
The application is a flexible tool, which integrates seamlessly to complex ERP and other systems.. Users can easily track movement of data.
Natasha adds: “A light-weight integration product using standard technologies, with a small footprint means hardware and skills costs are minimized. The result is a cost effective solution for multiple industries and inter-application communication.”
The solution has already been very successfully deployed in the market to date, with clients adopting it to solve their integration requirements in South Africa, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East.
