Today NMBM Public Health, Parks directorate led by Portfolio head Councillor Lance Grootboom opened six (6) parks in Kwanobuhle area namely Ngeqakhe and 4th Avenue in Ward 42, Kini-Kini and PJ Gomomo in Ward 43 and Mali Street and Sigila Street in Ward 47. The newly upgraded and renovated parks used to be dump sites that was an eyesore to the community and has now been converted into beautiful playgrounds for kids to play and for adults to gym.
