Government has congratulated swimmer Kevin Paul for winning South Africa’s first gold medal at the Paralympics currently underway in Rio, Brazil. An old Grey High School, Port Elizabeth pupil, Paul won the country’s first medal with a strong finish in 1 minute 04.86 seconds and has paved the way for South Africa’s medal chase.
