Public and private partnerships are critical in addressing South Africa and Nelson Mandela Bay's imbalances of the past and improve the quality of education in the previously disadvantaged areas. That was the clear message from Nelson Mandela Bay's Executive Mayor, Danny Jordaan, when he jointly handed over two Grade R classrooms to Dumani Primary School in Motherwell today, 12 May 2016. Southern Kings head coach Deon Davids has announced that Shane Gates will captain the team to take on the Toyota Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday after Steven Sykes was ruled out with a shoulder injury. The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) project, active at 17 municipal buildings across the city, provides students with free access to Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University learning sites and residents with free access to the municipal website where they are (#whereU@).
