I recently experienced an outage on my Telkom landline.
A very helpful lady phoned me from Telkom and informed me that Telkom would be crediting me for a portion of that outage.
I politely thanked her and reminded myself to NOT hold my breath waiting for the credit.
Lo and behold – the credit came through on this month’s account. How cool and thank you Telkom.
So, the next challenge is to see if ESKOM will follow suit and credit each and every one of their clients for Load Shedding!
