In the previous drought, Churchill dropped to a level of 10.3% before the rain came.

Note from 15 February: NO reported figures for Bulk Storage levels. SAnews.gov.za said; “The Algoa System with five dams serving Nelson Mandela Bay was 52.2% last week. It has now increased to 53% this week. The system was recorded at 89.6% last year during the same period.” BUT according to the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality the overall dam levels DROPPED to 50.76% – who is right?
